Empower Cafe is a new addition to the Mudgee Arts Precinct, offering residents and visitors a welcoming space to enjoy quality coffee and a selection of light refreshments.

Empower Cafe operates as an Australian Disability Enterprise (ADE) under Mid-Western Regional Council, providing meaningful employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities. The initiative supports skill development across various roles, including barista, customer service, and front-of-house operations, in a structured and supportive environment.

By fostering an inclusive workplace, Empower Cafe enhances employability while contributing to a stronger, more connected community.

Monday – Friday | 8.00am – 3.00pm

Saturday | 9.00am - 2.00pm
